It’s very annoying when you received a text especially a call in the middle of the night and just offer you something that you’re not interested with, especially aggressive telemarketers who keep calling while you’re on the go. Even though you can record your phone number in do not call registry, these folks will never stop sending message and calls, which is the very annoying part.

If you’re frustrated by these annoyances, I will give you some tips where you can use free applications to help out these kinds of calls. If your smartphone is updated to Android 4.4 Kitkat there some features added in the operating system which you can reject specific numbers that you don’t want to received however if your Android not update you can download these apps that dealing with annoying callers.

Mr. Number

Mr. Number is one of my favorite; this app is free and allows you to block calls and text in different area codes and can block private as well as unknown numbers, this app will definitely will give you a helping hand for those annoying calls. When you block the number and they try to call you this app will disconnected the call and the messages you can view it on the block messages not direct to your inbox.

Truecaller

If Mr. Number main function is blocking calls and text, Truecaller focuses on distinguishing who is attempting to get in touch with you.

This app gives caller ID details and reverse lookup data for incoming texts and calls, all this info indicates that Truecaller is aware who spammers are and enables you block them prior to they begin disturbing you.

Truecaller creators keep the database of spam callers and if telemarketers are already on their list it will

automatically flag it. The database offers white and yellow pages services together with crowdsourced from the Truecaller community. This app proven effective in blocking call as user’s experienced.

This app will request to add your record of contacts to their database however this is just optional, you can say no because our contacts are consider private. You must confirm your number with Truecaller before getting able to use their service.
